I love and cherish my grandmother’s blue bowl used for mixing lefse dough, but it’s cracked and I’m afraid it’ll break—which would break my heart. So, I commissioned Colleen Riley and Donovan Palmquist of Eureka Pots in Farmington, Minnesota, and Ryan Ball Pottery in St. Paul to throw ceramic pots that are in the spirit of the classic vintage pots of the past. And they turned out great! They are beautiful, sturdy, and safe for the oven and dishwasher. The Classic Blue Bowl Unglazed Rim is 3 1/2 inches high and 10 1/4 inches in diameter.
