Keep On Rolling Pastry Board
It’s hard for Norwegians to brag, but my Keep On Rolling Pastry Board is probably the best pastry board on the market. Mine is 1/2 in. thick, while others are 5/16 in. to 3/8 in. thick. Mine is 23 1/2 in. across while others are as small as 19 in. across. Mine has rubber feet for stability, plus there’s great inspiration—Keep On Rolling!—carved on the bottom.
