Walnut and Ambrosia Maple

Ambrosia maple is the Red or Soft Maple tree that’s been infested by the Ambrosia beetle. The infestation leads to gray fungus tiger stripes and brown and rose-colored blotches. When the slender, stylish Ambrosia maple handles are combined with the rich, dark walnut barrel, the result is an ooh-la-la lefse rolling pin.
