Cherry Trim

There are lefse turning sticks, and then there is this magnificent, made-for-serious-lefse-makers tool with a ergonomic handle. The Cherry Trim has a thumb ridge for control, and then the handle trims at the center to feel so good you may not want to put it down. The maple blade with the beveled front edge is firm, flexible, and fantastic for flipping rounds. The quality, feel, and functionality are uniformly excellent.
