I return to this "Scandimania" of all events, the Norsk Hostfest, which attracts busloads of Americans and Canadians wanting to enjoy their favorite performers and to shop and eat to their heart's content. I will be selling All Things Lefse (and Some Things Lutefisk) in Stockholm Hall. For the first time, I will be listed in the program as the featured lefse maker, and will do lefse-making demonstrations throughout each day of the festival. See you there?
For the first time since the pandemic, I will return to the Potato Days Festival in Barnesville, Minnesota. I will be there one day only, Friday August 25, 2023, selling my lefse and lutefisk stuff and enjoying as many of the creative events as I can at one of the best festivals ever. This All Things Lefse Market is a outdoor garden party featuring lefse and all things related. I will be demonstrating lefse making, talking up my lefse classes, and showing off my lefse and lutefisk books. But that’s just a start. On display will be:
