Mango Imagination

First, mango. I’ve always loved the word itself and the fruit. Now I find that mango wood is cool. Man like mango! The mango handles are a perfect match for the exhibition grade maple burl barrel that you’ll find yourself simply staring at, slack-jawed, as your imagination kicks into high gear. The streaks, the swirls, the circles, the dots —— how does nature do this? You can try to figure out the answer as you roll lefse or whatever the heck you want.
