Mulberry and Walnut

There is no beating around the bush here. Mulberry wood has a color that made me stop turning and mutter, “Wow!” It’s a lovely shade of lemon, a color I had not seen in any wood I’ve worked with. Then the wood has darker patches that bring to mind clouds at an unusual sunset. Contrast the barrel with the rich dark chocolate color of the walnut handles, and you’ve got a pin that’s kicks in good conversation to go with your good lefse.
