Ambrosia Maple Tiger

Ambrosia maple is the Red or Soft Maple tree that’s been infested by the Ambrosia beetle. The infestation results in gray fungus tiger stripes and brown and rose-colored blotches. When combined with rich walnut handles —— one with a Lindsey blue inlay at the tip —— and the result is a stunning lefse rolling pin. Enhanced rolling, thanks to food-safe stainless steel bearings.
